- Create and deliver courses for research administrators
- Conduct due diligence on--and support--the Metro Health and Michigan Medicine affiliation with ITS and UHR
- Support U-M-wide Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiative with local efforts
- Implement new provisions of FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act) in conjunction with UHR
- Develop action plans based on 2016 B&F Employee Satisfaction Survey results
- Finalize objectives for supplier self-service portal and assess potential solutions
- Support efforts to launch revamped model for B&F Customer Satisfaction Survey
