Located only 2.5 miles from U-M Central Campus our studio offers a large practice room, changing rooms with showers and is filled with beautiful artwork creating a relaxing environment. Our practice room is heated to 105 degress with 40% humidity, which is optimum for Bikram Hatha Yoga.

Birkram Yoga West is a spacious beautiful studio for yoga. Our practice room is dedicated to the teaching and practice of Bikram Yoga. The room is heated to 105 degrees with 40% humidity. This is optimum for Bikram Hatha Yoga.
The studio is a clean and modern space, surrounded by the artist touch. It has high ceiling and open space. There is open window with beautiful East facing sky The Art Work of Tom Rosenbaum is featured in our studio. Yoga and Art make an amazing environment. We have large open practice space; changing room and showers for men and women. Great parking with easy in and out lot.
The owner and Director Lora Rosenbaum completed her Bikram Teacher Training in 2000. She has been teaching and studying Bikram Yoga for 14 years. She has CONTINUED to recertify as a Bikram Teacher each year. Visits Bikram Teacher training to learn and assist teacher trainees. Lora has a dedicated her study of Yoga. the Bikram Meathod and is deeply inspired by the benefits she has seen it bring over the last 14 years in Ann Arbor. All the teachers at Bikram Yoga West are trained by Bikram Teacher training. Our group is compassionate; Understanding and strong; In the Practice, teaching and understanding of Bikram Yoga.
This is the second studio Lora has owned and operated in Ann Arbor. This studio reflects her experience in creating a space of learning, laughing and growth inside this practice.
