Our beginnings started in 2007 when Nathan Miller, our founder, and a small group of residential property managers faced the same challenges many managers and owners experience today. Spreadsheets and notebooks just wouldn’t cut it if they wanted their business to succeed.  The other programs that were available were difficult to learn and unaffordable.  No products existed which met our rather simple criteria: it should be easy so anybody can use it; it must be powerful, and it has to be affordable.  Committed to these principles, Rentec was born in February, 2009.
